I was born and raised in The Bronx, New York, and lived in Brooklyn for 13 years, till my wife and I moved to Colorado, in 1996.
I got into photography in 1992, after having watched a television program that featured two nature photographers demonstrating how to photograph a waterfall. I was fascinated watching these two guys work their craft! I knew right then and there that I wanted to be a landscape / nature photographer!
I enjoy everything about landscape/nature photography, from planning my outings, prepping my gear, being outdoors, carefully studying a scene, to processing and displaying the resulting images. More importantly, I love when an image I've captured brings joy to someone's life, making them feel good and putting a smile on their face.
